TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms for using our platform.
Effective Date: September 22, 2026
Last Updated: September 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Continuum Standard platform, including CS Diamond Edition and our related websites and apps (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to them. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
Who These Terms Cover
- •Facilities and trainers the businesses that subscribe to the Platform to run their operations.
- •Staff people a facility gives access to its account.
- •Families and athletes people who book, pay or view records through a facility's pages.
If a facility has signed a separate service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
Accounts
- •Give accurate information and keep it current.
- •Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- •A facility is responsible for the staff it invites and the access it grants them.
- •Tell us right away at support@continuumstandard.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
Subscriptions, Fees and Payments
Facilities pay the subscription and platform fees shown at signup or in their service agreement. Payments to facilities are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms; the facility is the merchant for its sales and is responsible for its prices, refunds and taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for partial periods unless the service agreement says otherwise.
Your Data
A facility owns the data it puts into the Platform, including its customer, athlete and financial records. We use that data only to provide and improve the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. A facility can export its data and can ask us to delete its account.
Connected Services
The Platform can connect to services run by other companies, including Stripe, QuickBooks Online and Xero. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. When you connect one, you authorize us to exchange data with it as described in the Platform and our Privacy Policy. Journal entries we send to your accounting software are built from your records; you or your bookkeeper remain responsible for reviewing your books and for your tax filings. You can disconnect a service at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Platform to break the law, collect data about people without the right to do so, send unsolicited messages, upload harmful code, try to reach another customer's data, or interfere with the Platform's operation. We may suspend an account that does.
Minors
Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian manages the records and communications of a minor athlete, and a facility is responsible for having the consent it needs for the minors it serves.
Our Property
The Platform, its software and its design belong to us. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, and we improve it continually, which means features can change. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature a facility pays for.
Disclaimers and Limits
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of connected services.
Ending Your Use
You can stop using the Platform at any time. A facility can cancel its subscription as its service agreement allows. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision, and we will notify facilities of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
