These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Continuum Standard ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The Continuum Standard SMS program sends transactional and account-related text messages to coaches, trainers, athletes, and parents or guardians using the Continuum Standard platform. Messages may include:
- Session reminders
- Booking confirmations
- Schedule changes and cancellations
- Invoice and payment alerts
- Account notifications
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your mobile phone number during account onboarding at continuumstandard.com and checking the consent box agreeing to receive SMS notifications from Continuum Standard. Parents or guardians enrolling a minor athlete provide consent on behalf of the minor.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the bookings or sessions associated with your account.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Continuum Standard is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, or reply START.

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
