  • Send transactional and account notifications, including SMS messages such as session reminders, booking confirmations, and invoice alerts (only when you have opted in)

SMS Messaging

Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely to send transactional messages related to your Continuum Standard account. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal data may be shared with service providers as described below, subject to the limitations in this policy.

Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for use by adult coaches, trainers, parents, and guardians. When a parent or guardian enrolls a minor athlete, the parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate information and managing communications on behalf of the minor.
